Major events of adolescent life are grounded in changes that can uproot, uplift, and altogether alter the trajectory of an individual or a family. Early intervention in therapy can help youth build skills, explore difficult experiences, or better understand the challenges they face. This, in turn, can help adolescents clarify who they are and who they want to be in the world. Sessions last between 45-50 minutes.
Adolescent Therapy
Individual
Therapy
Healing means different things to different people. Individual therapy provides a safe and supportive space in which to explore what healing, growth, connection, identity, and belonging means to you. Treatment is a collaborative process based on your needs and will be discussed throughout your care. Sessions last between 45-50 minutes.
Couples
Therapy
Whether you’ve just started dating or have been together for decades, breaking up or looking to strengthen your bond, the complexities of sharing yourself with another person are nuanced, rife with reward and challenge. Couples therapy can provide much needed neutral space in which to explore where you are and where you want to be as a couple - whether coming together, growing together, or growing apart. Sessions last between 50-90 minutes.
Group
Therapy
The power of a group to heal resides in one important truth: you are not alone. Whether you use group therapy as a supplement to individual therapy or for your primary source of care, the power of change is magnified by being in community with others. Find groups currently forming or running here.
Telehealth
A number of realities may prevent office visits - geographic, circumstantial, physical, or otherwise. These realities, however, should not stand in the way of your access to care. Telehealth is available for all California residents with access to the Internet and a computer. Sessions last between 45-50 minutes.
